There are two state of the art cancer research and treatment centers in Savannah that provide specialized cancer care and research with the newest developments in cancer care technology. These two specialty centers service the entire region as they are in the forefront of their profession.
The Curtis and Elizabeth Anderson Cancer Institute at Memorial Health University Medical Center houses radiation oncology, medical and surgical oncology, a tumor registry and oncology multispecialty clinics.
The Nancy N. and J.C. Lewis Cancer & Research Pavilion at St. Joseph’s/Candler offers state-of-the-art radiation, medical and surgical oncology, advanced clinical research, integrative medicine, pastoral care, as well as a unique patient-centered, holistic approach to research, diagnosis and treatment.
