Their mission is to:

• Educate and train our workforce

• Commit to community development

BRAT accomplishes this by providing services, information, solutions and connections to other appropriate agencies from a single point of contact. Their goal is to facilitate growth, buffer or improve the effects of potential loss of jobs and encourage business partnerships with schools so that our local industries will eagerly recruit our high school graduates.

BRAT also employs a survey instrument to identify companies in need of assistance with the aim of halting or reversing downward trends.
