Crossroads, SPA and Tremont Industrial business parks are part of the Savannah FTZ sub zone 104. This designation can be used to reduce customs duties, eliminate delays in customs clearances and duty drawback procedures, eliminate state and local ad valorem taxes on tangible personal property held for export, discount cargo insurance rates, and hold merchandise subject to US quotas until quotas open.
