The Savannah Economic Development Authority (SEDA) is the business solicitation and facility location service organization in Chatham County. Constantly assessing the local economic landscape, SEDA strives to align the community's resources with the needs and desires of businesses relocating to or expanding within Chatham County.

Our project managers are happy to help in site and/or building searches, community tours, making business connections with important local allies, and investigating possible incentives based on the criteria of your project. Upon location, SEDA even helps companies develop and manage their relocation plans.
