Founded in 2003, TCCa is a public/private partnership tasked with connecting, relocating, or expanding knowledge-based businesses in and to Savannah.

Savannah is also home to one of Georgia's Advanced Technology Development Centers (ATDC), which helps companies like Mindspring get their start, and provides entrepreneurs with funding, business expertise, and other resources to bring new innovations to market.
