On Dec. 10 Inventure IT announced its expansion to Savannah. The Dalton, Georgia based company provides clients of all sizes with IT management, custom software systems, network support, tech support for Windows and Mac OS, integration and technology consulting services. They also run an ‘idea lab,’ where they partner with talented entrepreneurs to co-create and launch commercial SaaS products together. Inventure IT provides the technical knowledge and support to bring the entrepreneurs idea to life.
“When weighing our expansion opportunities in other communities and states, we decided to focus on Savannah. We did so because were very impressed with Vice President of Innovation & Entrepreneurship Jen Bonnett’s vision, our love of the region, and the SEDA incentives available seem to be just the right amount to get the green light to expand on our existing Savannah operations over our other options,” said Inventure IT Chief Operating Officer Stacey Roach.
Inventure IT will be qualifying for SEDA’s Creative Technology Incentive. They anticipate launching with five high-tech positions in January 2020 with growth to 30 over the next two to three years.
“I believe it takes a ‘community’ to launch a successful technology startup,” said Bonnett. “I am excited to welcome Inventure IT and Stacey Roach into our community and look forward to working with them to help both Inventure IT and the startups/entrepreneurs we serve together succeed.”
